I specialize in doing shoots identical to my approach while doing the NYChildren Project. In addition, I bring the same high expectations when doing professional portraits, events, editorial and advertising work.

NYChildren-style Shoot

We meet at a place familiar and comfortable for your child.  I join you on your day and take lots of photos, no less than 500. I always start by asking your child for permission to take their photograph and will hold out for their permission. Some kids have initially said no but nobody has ever sent me away without photography happening. The shoots are spontaneous and I will capture a spectrum of emotions.

You can also include members of the immediate family to create more formal or as candid family portraits.

A few days following the shoot you receive an edited online slideshow of approximately 100 select images. We then work together to select the best images and decide how we will use the images.

There are many products where the images can be used and I am always looking for more options.

Every Year Project

Let’s do a shoot every year and document the children’s lives. I am currently doing this with one family and it is the results after 3 years are very compelling.
